+ Credit Card
Credit card transactions are fully automated and upon payment confirmation (usually within a few minutes) an email notification will be sent to you with information on how to login to your new Member account. If you do not receive the notification withing 24 hours, please contact us.
+ Cheque
Cheque payments must be manually confirmed. Once your order is marked as complete, an email notification will be sent to you with information on how to login to your new Member account. If you do not receive this message within a 7 day period from sending the cheque, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

A registrant may withdraw from a course 7 days or more before it begins and receive a full refund minus a 20% administration charge. There are no refunds for withdrawals within 7 days of a course commencing.

If a course is cancelled by Studio 201 before it begins, fees will be refunded in full. If a course session is cancelled once the course has begun and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated refund will be provided. Any participant who is unable to attend a rescheduled session will receive a pro-rated refund for that session.
