Charles O'Neil is a full-time artist living and working in the Haliburton Highlands. In the 1990's Charles became interested in three dimensional sculptures and moved into the use of metals. With some artist blacksmithing techniques Charles developed a method of creating sculptures of wire commonly found at most building supply companies.

Cancellation Policy

A registrant may withdraw from a course 7 days or more before it begins and receive a full refund minus a 20% administration charge. There are no refunds for withdrawals within 7 days of a course commencing.

If a course is cancelled by Studio 201 before it begins, fees will be refunded in full. If a course session is cancelled once the course has begun and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated refund will be provided. Any participant who is unable to attend a rescheduled session will receive a pro-rated refund for that session.
