Cancellation Policy

A registrant may withdraw from a course 7 days or more before it begins and receive a full refund minus a 20% administration charge. There are no refunds for withdrawals within 7 days of a course commencing.

If a course is cancelled by Studio 201 before it begins, fees will be refunded in full. If a course session is cancelled once the course has begun and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated refund will be provided. Any participant who is unable to attend a rescheduled session will receive a pro-rated refund for that session.
